With over a decade of experience at LinkedIn, Procore, and Roblox, Maisha has seen what separates teams that scale from teams that stall: better systems, sharper habits, and leaders who know how to use both.

As an AI Adoption Strategist and Leadership Coach, she helps organizations make AI valuable in the work they already do.

Her approach blends operational rigor with genuine empathy for how modern work actually feels: messy, human, and full of potential when the right systems are in place.
