As a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and leadership coach, Maisha brings a structured, people-centered approach to new tools, behaviors, and ways of working.

Her work blends operational rigor with respect for how change lands: complex, personal, and full of potential when people have the clarity and support to move forward.
